Ohioans In Space - January 2024, The Ohio Channel
In 2024 a historic new painting was commissioned and added to the Ohio Statehouse rotunda honoring Ohio’s contributions to space exploration. This video was featured at the dedication ceremony honoring John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, Jim Lovell, Judith Resnik, and Gene Kranz.
Naturally Ohio - Marblehead’s Rare Lakeside Daisy - May 2024, The Ohio Channel
Lakeside Daisy State Nature Preserve encompasses 19 acres of old limestone quarried land on the Marblehead Peninsula of Lake Erie in Ottawa County. This preserve was established to protect the only natural United States population of the Lakeside Daisy, a federally threatened plant species which only occurs at a handful of sites. Also a state endangered species, this is one of Ohio's most spectacular wildflowers.
In early to mid-May, its bright yellow flowers adorn the otherwise bleak, sun-baked landscape of the Marblehead quarry.
The Lakeside Daisy (Hymenoxys herbacea) is the rarest of the plants currently listed as endangered in Ohio. This distinction is due to its limited distribution both in Ohio and throughout its geographic range.
Creating, Community - April 2022, The Ohio Channel - Ohio Valley Regional Emmy Nominated
Following the journey of how a conversation becomes a show, "Creating, Community" peeks into the highly-collaborative creative process of Inlet Dance Theatre, a Cleveland based company on a mission to further people through dance. In 2020, composer Ty Alan Emerson (director of the Cleveland Chamber Collective) connected with Bill Wade, (founder and executive/artistic director of Inlet Dance Theatre) with ideas of creating a new ballet reimagining the trajectory of Shakespeare's characters from 'The Tempest.' This film follows the artists through 2021 as they develop and share their ideas, build on each other's genius, laugh, and finally premiere the new work onstage at the Cain Park Evans Amphitheatre in Cleveland, Ohio.

Danse Macabre, motion capture animated dance film - 2016
Danse Macabre is a 3D animated motion capture dance film. Inspired by the music, a 1940s recording of Franz Liszt's Totentanz, courtesy of the National Library of France, this film explores hubris and irony through the escapist dream of the protagonist. Nodding stylistically to the late-medieval genre of Danse Macabre, the protagonist learns they cannot escape their boney mortal body for long and no matter how far their flight of fancy takes them, they've always been running directly into the hand of death. Although the film itself is a virtual world, it owes it generation to the ephemeral physical labor of the corporeal; the character motion and camera motion are choreographed and performed by a dancing body. This film was made in partnership with The International Video Dance Festival of Burgundy.
